Code & Curves, a digital agency based in Tunisia, is the controller of the data collected through this site.

Through the contact form, only the information you send us voluntarily: your name, your email address, your message and — optionally — your phone number, your company name and the subject of your enquiry.

Technically, our server also records standard connection logs, and your IP address is passed to Cloudflare for the duration of the anti-spam check described below.

We collect no sensitive data and buy no third-party contact databases.

To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal: this processing rests on your voluntary approach and on pre-contractual measures.

To keep the form secure and prevent automated submissions: this processing rests on our legitimate interest in protecting the site.

Your data is never used for automated prospecting, nor for any purpose beyond those described here.

Our form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHAs.

Turnstile analyses technical browser signals to tell a human visitor from a bot. Unlike advertising-funded CAPTCHAs, it does not track users across the web, builds no advertising profile and does not sell the data it processes.

The information handled during that check is used for security purposes only and is not retained by us.

This site uses no advertising cookies or behavioural advertising tools (no Google Analytics and no advertising pixel).

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides cookie-free, privacy-first audience and performance measurement. According to Cloudflare, it does not collect or use visitors' personal data or track individuals across sites.

A single functional cookie may be set: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose (French or English) so the site reopens in the right version.

Cloudflare Turnstile may set a technical cookie strictly necessary for the security check.

Messages received through the form are kept for a maximum of three years from our last exchange, then deleted.

Technical server logs are kept for a limited period, for security and diagnostic purposes.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data with third parties. No data is passed to data brokers or advertising networks.

We rely on a small number of technical providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (anti-spam verification of the form and privacy-preserving audience and performance measurement), Resend (delivery of notification emails) and our host (running the site).

Some of these providers may process data outside your country of residence; we only retain providers offering appropriate contractual confidentiality safeguards.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.

To exercise any of these rights — in particular to request the complete deletion of your data — write to info@codeandcurves.com stating your request. We reply within thirty days at most.

No justification is required to request deletion of the data you sent through the contact form.

The site is served entirely over HTTPS and form data travels encrypted.

Access to the messages received is limited to the team members who handle incoming enquiries.

Despite these measures, no system is infallible, so please do not send sensitive confidential information through the form.

This policy may change to reflect updates to the site or to our technical providers. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.

Should a substantial change occur, it will be made visible on the site.
